On my way back home.. got side tracked at the 'Gilded Otter' brewpub. Didn't do too much in blogland this week.. I'll try to swing around over the weekend. I did work out 3 for 3 of the days. First day was 3 miles of running, 25 min of biking. Second day was a 3 mile progression run. Last day was a 30 minute bike ride. The hotel's workout room wasn't too bad,really.
