Gym workout

Long day at work yesterday. I went to the gym and worked off the stress.. Wound up doing 3.5 miles on the treadmill.. (one mile @ 6mph, 1 @ 6.1, 1 @ 6.2). Then, did a little over a mile on the indoor track, ending with a sprint lap.

Finally ended on the stairmaster for 10 minutes of hell. I ran into my running buddy there, also on the stairmasters, so at least I had someone to chat with.

I'm hoping to hit the pool tonight, after going out to vote, of course.
