My Garmin was acting up.. wound up having to do a hard reset on it. Afterwards, SportTracks wouldn't import the data correctly (But the Garmin Training Center would.. strange).
I opted to just nuke all of the data on the watch and start fresh.
Since it was drizzling outside, I decided not to tempt fate any more and left the watch at home, and mapped out my run on MapMyRun.
It was a 3.11 mile run. Legs felt slightly better than the day before.. started getting tired about a mile into the run. I guess you really do lose fitness pretty quickly.
The next day, my legs were kind of tired & achy, so no running on Sunday.
